    Marbury Stephon (187-G-77, agency: Scenic Sports Group, LLC., college: Georgia Tech) arrived at Shanxi Zhongyu today, replacing Lee Benson, but could not prevent a 102-101 loss to Dongguan.

    Dongguan's point guard, Tre Kelley led the way with 34 points and 5 assists. Cedric Simmons had 18 points and 9 rebounds. Zhang Kai had 20 points and 6 rebounds but fouled out in 21 minutes. Qiu Biao had 15 points and 5 rebounds. He Zhongmian had 9 points and 6 rebounds. Maurice Taylor led Dongguan with 27 points and 10 rebounds. Ba Zhichao had 22 points and 8 rebounds. Marbury had 15 points, 4 rebounds, 8 assists and 4 steals but missed all 6 of his three-point shots. He had 5 fouls in 28 minutes. Hou Bing scored 14. Zhang Xuewen and Xu Haocheng each scored 8. Young star Duan Jiangpeng only took 5 shots and scored 5 points.

    Guangdong defeated Fujian 99-84 to take a half-game lead over idle Xinjiang with a 17-1 record. David Harrison had 19 points and 13 rebounds. Wang Shipeng scored 22.     Tianjin defeated Jilin 102-96. Xu Guijun, a 205 cm forward born in 1982, had 34 points and 11 rebounds. Rony Fahed had 23 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Brandon Crump had 17 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists. Zhang Nan had 15 points and 6 rebounds. Herve Lamizana had 8 points, 15 rebounds, 5 assists and 6 blocks. Zhang Biao scored 20 for Jilin. Zhong Cheng had 13 points, 9 rebounds and 4 steals. Tasheed Carr had 12 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Zhang Chaolong scored 12. Yu Shulong scored 10 but fouled out in 28 minutes.     Liaoning defeated Shaanxi 105-82. Olumide Oyedeji had 20 points and 19 rebounds. 7-1 300 Han Dejun had 16 points and 5 rebounds in 17 minutes, hitting all 7 of his shots. Zhang Qingpeng and Yang Ming each scored 14. Brandon Robinson had 13 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Liu Zhangtao scored 13. Li Xiaoxu had 8 points and 6 rebounds. Tim Pickett had 28 points and 9 rebounds for Shaanxi, which has lost Corsley Edwards to injury. Zheng Zhun had 13 points and 4 rebounds in 48 minutes. Zhang Xiaowei scored 13. Zhao Nan had 12 points and 10 rebounds. He Ben had 8 points, 3 rebounds and 4 assists. Shaanxi was outrebounded 57-33 as 214 cm Zheng Zhun is an offensive force but cannot pound inside.

    Qingdao outscored Shandong 27-6 in the fourth quarter to win 96-90. Chris Williams had 35 points and 9 rebounds. Reggie Okosa had 17 points and 8 rebounds. Yu Gaofeng scored 11 and Sun Shengyue scored 10. Stomile Swift had 23 points, 9 rebounds and 5 blocks for Shandong but fouled out in 29 minutes. Andre Emmett scored 20, with 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Li Lin scored 15. Cao Zhenhua scored 11.

    Jiangsu defeated Beijing 102-96. Tang Zhengdong had his best game of the season with 28 points and 13 rebounds. Donnell Harvey had 27 points and 16 rebounds. Hu Xuefeng had 16 points, 11 assists and 5 steals. Yi Li scored 12 and Yang Li had 11. Cedric Bozeman had 24 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists. Ernest Brown had 16 points, 6 rebounds and 4 steals. Ji Zhe, Men Wei and Chen Lei each scored 16. 7-9 Sun Ming Ming started and played 15 minutes with 2 points, 3 rebounds and 1 block.

    Shanghai defeated Zhejiang 100-90 as John Lucas had 26 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Garret Siler had 18 points and 9 rebounds. Zaid Abbaas had 12 points and 15 rebounds. Meng Lingyuan had 12 points and 7 assists. Luo Xudong had 9 points and 6 assists. Wang Yong scored 11 and Wang Ligang scored 9. Liu Wei did not play. Andre Brown had 33 points and 4 rebounds for Zhejiang. Marcus Williams had 17 points and 10 rebounds. Zhao Yonggang had 14 points and 6 rebounds. Ding Jinhui had 13 points and 6 rebounds.

    Ronesans TED Kolejliler Ankara (BSL) agreed terms with 27-year old American guard Shannon Shorter (193-96kg-89, college: N.Texas). He played last summer at Hebei Xianglan in Chinese NBL league.
