Experienced American-Thailand Tra Holder (185-G-1995) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for Jiaozuo Cultural Tourism and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents NBL Player of the Week award for round 13.
The 30-year old guard had the game-high 40 points adding four rebounds and five assists for Jiaozuo in his team's victory, helping them to outclass, the league's bottom-ranked team Zhangjiakou (#14, 0-13) with 29-point margin 100-71. The game was not the highest importance and did not have significant influence on top of the standings. Jiaozuo is placed at 9th position in Chinese NBL. Jiaozuo is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 6-7 record. In the team's last game Holder had a remarkable 77.8% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Jiaozuo, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Arizona State University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Holder is league's best scorer averaging so far 30.4ppg and is league's best passer with 5.9apg. Holder is in league's top in and averages solid 63.2% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young forward A Ze (198-F-1999) of Shanghai Black Bird. Ze impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 35 points and 12 rebounds. It was enough for Shanghai to edge the lower-ranked Hangzhou (#13, 4-9) by 1 point 104-103. Shanghai's 5th position in the standings has not changed. His team lost some distance to top teams. But a 8-5 record is not bad and everything may still change. Ze is one of the most experienced players at Shanghai and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

The third best performed player last round was American Kyle Vinales (188-SG-1992) of Guizhou Menglong (#12). Vinales got into 30-points club by scoring 33 points in the last round. He went also for five rebounds and ten assists. Despite Vinales' great performance the Guizhou lost 92-97 to the higher-ranked Jiangxi (#3, 9-4). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. The chances of Guizhou not to end season at such low position in the league, however are less than slim as they have already lost 9 games, recording just four victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Vinales could try to bring Guizhou's a little bit higher in the standings. Vinales has a very solid season. In 2 games in China he scored 31.0ppg.
