American Harry Giles III (208-F-1998) put on an amazing game in the last round for Jiangsu Dragons Nanjing and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 47.
The 27-year old forward had a double-double of 34 points and 14 rebounds, while his team crushed, the league's bottom-ranked team Sichuan BW (#20, 0-41) with 16-point margin 101-85. The game was not the highest importance and did not have significant influence on top of the standings. Jiangsu Dragons maintains the 19th position in Chinese CBA. The season is in a full swing, so it's only a dream for the team to make it into top half of the standings. For contrary they may face relegation if the situation turns from bad to worse. Jiangsu D. have already lost 29 games and recorded just twelve victories. In the team's last game Giles III had a remarkable 82.4% from 2-point range. He turned to be Jiangsu Dragons's top player in his first season with the team. Duke University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Giles III is in league's top in rebounds (5th best: 9.4rpg) and averages solid 57.6% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young American point guard Jaelen House (183-PG-2001) of Beijing Royal Fighters. House impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 44 points and 11 rebounds. Bad luck as Royal Fighters lost that game 104-117 to the higher-ranked Guangsha L. (#2, 31-9). Beijing managed to keep the same 12th spot in the standings. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 18-23 record. House is a newcomer at Beijing and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders.

The third best performed player last round was another Jiangsu D.'s star - American Feron Hunt (203-F-1999). Hunt showcased his all-around game by recording 20 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists in the last round. He was another key player of Jiangsu Dragons Nanjing, helping his team with a 101-85 easy win against Sichuan BW (#20, 0-41). Jiangsu Dragons can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have rather bad season and 12-29 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Hunt has a very solid season. In 40 games in China he scored 13.1ppg. He also has 6.0rpg, 3.2apg and a FGP of 60.0%.
