HK JinNiu dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Jiangsu 's 36 and made 19-of-25 free shots (76.0 percent) during the game. HK JinNiu forced 20 Jiangsu turnovers. American players dominated also this game. Guard Mason Jones (193-1998, college: Arkansas) notched 21 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the effort and guard Shamorie Ponds (185-1998, college: St.John's) supported him with 16 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Even a double-double of 26 points and 11 rebounds by center Henry Sims (208-1990, college: Georgetown) did not help to save the game for Jiangsu .
