There was a minor upset in Jiangsu whereSharks were defeated by Monkey Kings 105-97 on Tuesday. Nanjing made 23-of-28 free shots (82.1 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. The best player for the winners was American power forward Brady Manek (206-1998, college: UNC) who scored 29 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists (on 10-of-11 shooting from the field). The other American import guard Marcus LoVett Jr (183-1996, college: St.John's, agency: Octagon Europe) chipped in a double-double by scoring 29 points and 10 assists (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line). American-Qatari Brandon Goodwin (188-1995, college: FGCU) produced 20 points and 9 assists and added 19 points respectively for the guests. Four Shanghai players scored in double figures. Sharks' coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.
