Everything went according to plan when eighth rankedGolden Bulls (21-14) defeated 15th ranked Sturgeons (13-23) in Hangzhou 96-87 on Sunday. Zhejiang GB. outrebounded Fujian S. 43-27 including 18 on the offensive glass. Zhejiang GB. looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. American players dominated the game. The winners were led by power forward Dakari Johnson (213-1995, college: Kentucky) who scored that evening 33 points (!!!) and 21 rebounds and swingman Brandon Randolph (198-1997, college: Arizona) supported him with 19 points. Even 31 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals by point guard QJ Peterson (183-1994, college: VMI, agency: JCK Sports Group) did not help to save the game for Fujian S. . point guard Isaiah Briscoe (190-1996, college: Kentucky) added 18 points for lost side. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Golden Bulls have an impressive five-game winning streak. Zhejiang GB. moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Qingdao E. Loser Sturgeons keeps the fifteenth position with 23 games lost.
