Matt Mobley (ex Maristes) joins Anhui Wenyi

Matt Mobley

Anhui Wenyi (NBL) agreed terms with 31-year old American shooting guard Matt Mobley (194cm-84kg-1994, college: St.Bonaventure, agency: SLN). He played last season at Maristes in Lebanese DLBL. In 10 games he had very impressive stats: 18.2ppg, 3.8rpg and 2.4apg. He also played for Guaiqueries de Margarita (SPB) in Venezuelan league.
Mobley is a highly experienced player. His career has taken him to four different continents, playing in eleven countries. He has played professionally in Belgium (Spirou Charleroi), France (JDA Dijon and Sluc Nancy), Germany (ratiopharm Ulm and Skyliners), Philippines (TNT Tropang), Poland (Wilki Morskie), Spain (Zaragoza), Taiwan (Mars), Turkey (ITU Basket Istanbul), Venezuela, and The Basketball Tournament (Eberlein Drive).
Among many awards, he played in the final of the Polish League in 2024. He was voted to the Eurobasket.com All-Turkish League Honorable Mention back in 2020.
Mobley graduated from St. Bonaventure University in 2018 and will be entering his eighth season as a professional player. He also played for Central Connecticut State University for 2 years.
