Experienced American Parker Jackson-Cartwright (180-PG-1995) had a very impressive game in the last round for Nanjing Monkey Kings and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 35.
The 30-year old playmaker got a double-double of 44 points and 13 assists, while his team beat Beijing RF (#12, 13-17) 108-101. The game was not the highest importance and did not have significant influence on top of the standings. Monkey Kings is placed at 16th position in Chinese CBA. Nanjing is rather a weak team placed in lower part in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 11-19 record. In the team's last game Jackson-Cartwright had a remarkable 57.1% from 2-point range and got five three-pointers out of 11 attempts. He turned to be Monkey Kings's top player in his first season with the team. Parker Jackson-Cartwright averages this season 15.2ppg and 6.7apg.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young American power forward Jordan Mickey (203-F/C-1994) of Qingdao Eagles. Mickey impressed basketball fans with 23 points, 9 rebounds and 2 assists. It was enough for Eagles to edge the lower-ranked Guangzhou LL (#14, 12-17) by 2 points 90-88. Qingdao E.'s 7th position in the standings has not changed. His team lost some distance to top teams. But a 18-12 record is not bad and everything may still change. Mickey is well-known by Qingdao E. fans and he already established his position as one of team's most reliable players.

The third best performed player last round was American Reggie Perry (208-F-2000) of Beijing Royal Fighters (#12). Perry scored 26 points and grabbed 7 rebounds. Despite Perry's great performance the Royal Fighters lost 101-108 to the lower-ranked Nanjing MK (#16, 11-19). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. The chances of Beijing ranking at the top of the league, however are very questionable as they have already lost 17 games, recording just thirteen victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Perry could help Beijing RF to bring them higher in the standings. Perry has a great season in China. After 29 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 8.6rpg (8th best).

10. Jiazheng Chen (194-F-2006) of Guangdong ST - 20 points and 5 rebounds
