He had the game-high 27 points adding six rebounds and two assists for Bima Sakti in his team's victory, helping them to beat NSH GMC Riau (#11, 1-16) 82-69. Bima Sakti maintains the 8th position in Indonesian league. Bima Sakti is rather a weak team placed in lower part in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 5-11 record. In the team's last game Rizky Ardiansyah had a remarkable 52.9% from 2-point range. He turned to be Bima Sakti's top player in his first season with the team. Bima Rizky Ardiansyah averages this season 12.9ppg and 7.5rpg.
Second best performed player last round was Welyanson Situmorang (188-F-82) of top-ranked Satria Muda. He is former international forward in his 9th season at Satria Muda. In the last game Situmorang recorded impressive double-double of 16 points and 14 rebounds. Bad luck as Satria Muda lost that game 69-88 to slightly lower-ranked Pelita Jaya (#3, 13-4). It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the title. Satria Muda still maintains its place as the top team in the standings, even despite this loss. It was just his team's 2nd loss this season, while they won 15 other games. Situmorang is one of the most experienced players at Satria Muda and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.
Third place about best performers goes to guard Agus Pamungkas (178-SG-87) of NSH GMC Riau (#11). Pamungkas showcased his all-around game by recording 17 points, seven rebounds and four assists in the last round. Despite Pamungkas' great performance NSH GMC Riau lost 69-82 to the higher-ranked Bima Sakti (#8, 5-11). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. NSH GMC Riau can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have rather bad season and 1-16 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Too bad for Pamungkas he does not play for a better team. But maybe if he did, his season stats would not be that high. Pamungkas has a very solid season. In 21 games in Indonesia he scored 4.2ppg.
Other top performing players last week: 4. Valentino Wuwungan (193-F-89) of Satya Wacana - 10 points and 15 rebounds 5.
