Qualls graduated from The University of Arkansas in 2015. His excellent performance made his team Borneo beat the Rajawali 85 to 82. He also grabbed 10 rebounds,got 8 assists and 3 steals that game. Qualls is the best scorer in the league averaging over 26 points and over 10 rebounds per game.
