Pustovyi is back at Satria Muda

Artem Pustovyi

Satria Muda Pertamina Jakarta (IBL) agreed terms with 32-year old Ukrainian international center Artem Pustovyi (219cm-96kg-1992, agency: Octagon Europe). It is actually his comeback to Jakarta as he has played here before. He played last season at Joventut in Spanish Liga Endesa. In 35 games he had 9.5ppg, 3.4rpg and 1.3bpg. He also played 18 games in Eurocup where he recorded 9.8ppg, 3.8rpg and 1.2bpg.
Pustovyi has been a member of the Ukrainian international program for several years. He has played for the Ukrainian senior team since 2012 and previously for the Under 20 National Team in 2012.
Pustovyi also represented Ukraine at the FIBA World Cup 2023 European Qualifiers two years ago. During this event he scored an average of 10.3 ppg and had 4.8 rpg.
He is a quite experienced player. Pustovyi has played also in Italy, Spain (FC Barcelona, UCAM, Gran Canaria and Monbus Obradoiro), United Arab Emirates (Shabab Al Ahli) and Ukraine (Khimik).
He played in the final of Indonesian IBL in 2024. He was voted to Eurobasket.com All-European Championship (FIBA EuroBasket) Honorable Mention in 2017.
