IBL Round 6 (Regular Season): Dewa United keep a leadership position

The game had a very big importance for third-ranked Dewa United as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Dewa United edged 8th ranked RANS PIK in Tangerang 92-90. Dewa United forced 24 RANS PIK turnovers. Another interesting game was a derby match between two teams from Jakarta: Satria Muda (#5) and Rajawali (#5). Rajawali was defeated at home 73-82 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. American guard Jordan Ivy-Curry (190-2002, college: UCF, agency: JCK Sports Group) notched 23 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the effort and Chad Brown supported him with 15 points and 17 rebounds. Even a double-double of 35 points (!!!), 12 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals by American Antonio Hester (199-1990, college: Mobile, AL) did not help to save the game for Rajawali. Rajawali's coach Efri Meldi rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Satria Muda have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Pelita Jaya and Borneo. Rajawali at the other side keeps the fifth position with two games lost.
