Green's double-double lands him Player of the Week award

27-year old American center Kierell Green (203-C-1997) had a very impressive game in the last round for DNA Bima Perkasa Jogja and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 5.
He had a double-double of 25 points and 20 rebounds, while his team edged out Pacific Caesar (#13, 1-7) 85-83. The game rather meaningless between the teams, which do not have any influence on top of the standings. Bima Perkasa is placed at 12th position in Indonesian league. Too late to salvage the team, which is currently ranked such low. They already lost 6 games and recorded just one victory. Green just recently signed at Bima Perkasa, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Edinboro University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Green is in league's top in rebounds (5th best: 11.8rpg) and averages solid 2.5bpg.

Second best performed player last round was AJ Bramah (201-F-1999) of Elang Pacific Caesar Surabaya. He is American-Dominican Rep. forward in his first season at Pacific Caesar. In the last game Bramah recorded an impressive double-double of 31 points and 17 rebounds. Bad luck as Pacific Caesar lost that game 85-94 to league's leader Satria Muda (#1, 7-0). This loss caused Pacific Caesar to drop to 13th position in the standings. 7 lost games are too many comparing to just one victory Pacific Caesar managed to get this year. Bramah is one of the most experienced players at Pacific Caesar and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to guard Stephaun Branch (196-G-1995) of Tangerang Hawks (#8). Branch got into 30-points club by scoring 34 points in the last round. He went also for eight rebounds and seven assists. Despite Branch's great performance the Tangerang lost 82-109 to slightly higher-ranked Dewa United (#6, 5-3). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. The last thing Tangerang needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 4 victories and 3 lost games. Branch has a great season in Indonesia. After only 7 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 25.9ppg (best scorer) and assists with 5.0apg (5th best). He also has 2.4spg and a FGP of 57.1%.
