Francis graduated from Texas Tech University in 2019. His excellent performance made his team Rajawali beat the Pacific Caesar 93 to 75. He also added 9 rebounds, 7 assists and 3 steals that evening. Francis is the 5th best scorer in the league averaging over 24 points and 6 rebounds per game. Among many awards his team won the Dominican Republic League Regular Season in 2021 and 2025.
