Jamar Brown
Osos de Guadalajara (LNBP) inked 33-year old American power forward Jamar Brown (206-109kg-80, college: Colorado St.-Pueblo). He supposed to help them in their Liga Americas campaign. He supposed to play at Al Manama in Bahrain Premier League. Brown also spent pre-season at Springfield Armor in D-League earlier this season. Last year he also played for the Armor (5.4ppg and 4.5rpg).
Brown is a very experienced player. He has played also professionally in Argentina (Atenas), Canada, Japan (Toyama Grouses), New Zealand, Philippines (Meralco Bolts), Spain (Fontedoso Carrefour), Turkey (Antalya) and D-League (Frisco Texas Legends).
Brown attended Colorado State-Pueblo until 2003 and it will be his tenth season in pro basketball.
His game is described as: A rapidly improving PF, who runs the court like a guard, has an athletic body, quick hands and good ball handling. Knows how to score, even from mid-range, and is a good shot-blocker. Could become top league material soon.
