In the last two games of round 4 Al-Muharraq smashed Al-Hala on the road 105-85. Issa Town won against Sitra on its own court 74-64.

The game between closely ranked teams ended with third ranked Al-Muharraq's (3-1) road victory over 4th ranked Al-Hala (1-3) 105-85 on Sunday. Al-Muharraq moved-up to second place. Loser Al-Hala dropped to the fifth position with three games lost. They share it with Sitra.
