Defending champion Al Arabi Club Doha (QBL) re-signed 23-year old Bahraini point guard Mustafa Ali for upcoming season. Ali has played there for the last two seasons. The team played in three different competitions (!!!) that year, and he was exposed to basketball on different levels. In 19 QBL games he averaged impressive 15.6ppg, 3.2rpg and 4.2apg last season. He helped them to win the league title and the cup. A very good season in his career as he was voted to Asia-Basket.com All-Qatar QBL Honorable Mention. Ali also played 6 games in West Asia Super League where he had 15.0ppg, 3.5rpg and 2.7apg. He was a member of Bahrain Senior National Team in 2022.
