Alfonzo McKinnie

Al-Najma Manama (Premier League) signed 32-year old American forward Alfonzo McKinnie (202cm-98kg-1992, college: Green Bay). He started the season at Kobe Storks in Japanese B2 League.the last season at Egis (KBL) in South Korean league. He also played for Dinamo BDS Sassari in Italian Serie A where in 29 games he had 7.9ppg and 3.7rpg. McKinnie also played 9 games in Basketball Champions League where he recorded 8.8ppg and 3.9rpg.
He is quite experienced player. McKinnie has played in six different countries on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America). He has played previously professionally in Italy, Luxembourg (Berbourg), Mexico (Rayos de McKinniermosillo), NBA (Chicago Bulls, Cleveland Cavaliers, GS Warriors, LA Lakers and Toronto Raptors) and NBA G League (Raptors 905 Mississauga, Windy City Bulls and Capitanes de Ciudad de Mexico).
He played in the final of NBA in 2019.
McKinnie graduated from University of Wisconsin - Green Bay in 2015 and it is his tenth season as a professional player. He played also for Eastern Illinois University for 2 years.
