Al Faisaly tabs Daniel Hamilton, ex Beirut Club

Daniel Hamilton

Al Faisaly (Premier League) signed 30-year-old American 201cm shooting guard Daniel Hamilton (college: UConn). He most recently played for Beirut Club in the Lebanese DLBL, where he put up impressive stats: 17.4ppg, 11.1rpg, 9.0apg, and 1.4spg this season. He was named League Player of the Week for his performance. Prior to that, he played for Al-Muharraq in the Bahrain league and Al Arabi Club Doha (QBL) in the Qatari league. He also had a brief stint with Al-Manama in the Bahrain league.
In 2016, he was drafted by the Denver Nuggets (NBA) in the second round (56th overall). Hamilton graduated from the University of Connecticut, and it is his tenth season in pro basketball.
Hamilton, a very experienced player, has traveled extensively during his pro career, playing in thirteen different countries on five continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa, and North America). He has played professionally in Bahrain, Dominican Republic, Greece, Latvia, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Turkey, Uruguay, Libya, NBA G League, and The Basketball Tournament. His team won the Bahrain Supercup in 2026.
