After 10 rounds played we can already see who rules in the B1 League and who belongs to weaker ones. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The most interesting game of round 10 was only three-point a home defeat of their close opponent Sendai 89ers (5-5) to fifth ranked Shiga L-Stars (6-4) 79-76 in the game for the fourth place. Lakestars looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Greek-American center Zach Auguste (208-1993, college: Notre Dame, agency: Pensack Sports) had a double-double by scoring 21 points, 12 rebounds and 7 assists to lead the charge for the winners and chipped in 10 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. At the losing side American guard Jarrett Culver (198-1999, college: Texas Tech) responded with 23 points and 4 assists. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Shiga L-Stars moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Alvark Tokyo. Sendai 89ers lost third consecutive game. They keep the fifth position with five games lost. They share it with 4 other teams. Shiga L-Stars is looking forward to face Akita NH (#12) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Sendai 89ers will play against Sunrockers Sh. (#8) and are hoping to win this game.
Twelfth-ranked Robots (1-9) gave a tough game to second ranked Tochigi Brex (8-2) in Mito. The visitors from Tochigi managed to secure only three-point victory 68-65. However their fans expected much easier game. notched a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds to lead the effort and DJ Newbill supported him with 14 points and 5 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Defending champion maintains second position with 8-2 record having just two points less than leader Nagasaki. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Undefeated Jets have an impressive ten-game winning streak. Chiba Jets maintains first position with 10-0 record. Akita NH lost seventh consecutive game. They dropped to the twelfth place with nine games lost. They share the position with Ibaraki R.. Chiba Jets will meet Alvark Tokyo (#4) on the road in the next round. Akita NH will play against Shiga L-Stars (#5) and hope to win that game.

There were no shocking results in the other games in round 10: Alvark Tokyo won against Chiba on the opponent's court 98-94. Gunma CT unfortunately lost to Kawasaki in a home game 79-83. Kyoto H. recorded a loss to Nagasaki on the road 73-91. FE Nagoya was defeated by Nagoya DD on its own court 76-84. Saga B. beat San-en NP in a road game 85-73. Osaka E. lost to Shimane SM at home 78-82. Ryukyu unfortunately lost to Sea Horses M. on the opponent's court 77-82. Sunrockers Sh. was rolled over Hokkaido L. in a home game 58-84. Koshigaya A. defeated Toyama G. on the road 78-66. Yokohama BC was beaten by Hiroshima D. on its own court 79-94.

Akita NH - Chiba Jets 50-69

B1 League top team - Jets (10-0) had no problems winning another game on Wednesday. This time they crushed eleventh ranked Happinets (1-9) in Akita 69-50. Chiba Jets outrebounded Akita NH 46-34 including 34 on the defensive glass. Chiba Jets looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. American forward John Mooney (206-1998, college: Notre Dame, agency: Pensack Sports) fired a double-double by scoring 15 points and 16 rebounds for the winners.
