Group E
Indonesia - Malaysia 81-71
Indonesia opened win count at the Second Stage of the championship. They held off Malaysia for 1-3 record. Muhamad Noor (175-SG-99) scored 20 points to pace the hosts. Indonesia trailed by four points after the opening frame. However the hosts spurred ahead for a 40:34 halftime lead. They drained 41 points in the second half and sealed the win. Andre Rizqiano (180-SF-99) had 19 points for the winners. Maegen Suresh (189-C-00) responded with 19 points for Malaysia.

Lebanon - Japan 84-70
Lebanon recorded yet another win in Group E. They beat Japan for 3-1 record. Salim Alaaeddine (188-SG-99) stepped up wih 23 points to pace the Lebanese youngsters. Lebanon accumulated a 48:34 halftime lead. They maintained the lead throughout the second half and marched to the win. Charbel Saad (196-PF-99) provided 22 points and 16 rebounds in the victory. Yudai Nishida (188-F-99) responded with 26 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists for Japan.

Taiwan - Kuwait 80-67
Taiwan registered the fifth straight victory in Jakarta. They held off Kuwait for 4-0 record in Group E. Tang Wei-Chieh (190-SF-99) scored 30 points and grabbed 14 rebounds to pace the winners. Taiwan accounted for a 38:25 halftime lead. Kuwait narrowed the gap at 4-point mark at the final intermission. Taiwan drained 22 points in the fourth frame and cruised to the win. Ting-Chien Lin and Wu Pei-Chia (205-C-99) had 13 points each for the winners. Masaed Al Outaibi responded with 21 points and 11 rebounds for Kuwait.

Group F
South Korea - Philippines 77-74
South Korea improved at 3-1 record in Group F. They held off Philippines behind 22 points from Lee Hyunjung (192-F-00). South Korea piled up a 42:37 halftime lead. They protected the lead well throughout the second half and marched to the win. Shin Minsuk (197-C-99) had 17 points, 15 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners. Gian Mamuyac (180-G-99) responded with 18 points for Philippines.

Iraq - Bahrain 64-44
Fahad Al-Madhhachi (185-SF-99) scored 16 points to pace Iraq past Bahrain. Iraq accumulated a 26:18 halftime lead. They boosted the margin in the second half and coasted to the win. Abdullah Abdullah (187-F-00) had 14 points for the winners. Mohamed Abdulkarim (188-PF-99) responded with 21 points for Bahrain.

China - Thailand 91-28
China kept on winning in Jakarta. They thrashed Thailand for 4-0 record in Group F. Li Xiangbo (203-F-99) chipped in 18 points and grabbed 9 rebounds in the victory. China tallied 44 points in the first half to gain a 26-point halftime lead. China kept Thailand scoreless in the third term and cleared off for good. Huang Rongqi (190-G-99) delivered 11 points for the winners. Thanakrit Limjittakorn (181-F-99) responded with 7 points for Thailand.
