Kuwait outrebounded Kazma 49-33 including 20 on the offensive glass. American players dominated the game. Worth to mention a great performance of forward KeyShawn Feazell (206-1998, college: Creighton) who helped to win the game recording 22 points and 7 rebounds. Jamal Jones (203-1993, college: Texas A&M, agency: Slash Sports) contributed with 11 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Four Kuwait players scored in double figures. Kuwait's coach used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. JaJuan Johnson (208-1989, college: Purdue) answered with 19 points and 5 rebounds and guard Phil Greene IV (187-1992, college: St.John's, agency: Diamond Sports) added 10 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Kazma.

American power forward Paris Bass (207-1995, college: Detroit) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 34 points (!!!) and 16 rebounds for the winners and his fellow American import guard Tony Carr (196-1997, college: Penn State) chipped in 28 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field). At the losing side forward KeyShawn Feazell (206-1998, college: Creighton) responded with 17 points and 8 rebounds and Jamal Jones (203-1993, college: Texas A&M, agency: Slash Sports) scored 13 points and 5 assists (made all of his eight free throws). Four Sagesse and five Al Arabi players scored in double figures.
