Kuwait clinched Arab Club Championship title. They overcame Sagesse for the trophy tonight. The guests started the game with a very strong first quarter 34-25. But Sagesse won third quarter 32-17. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when Kuwait won last quarter 19-12. They made 20-of-23 charity shots (87.0 percent) during the game. Kuwait players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. American players dominated the game. point guard Charlie Moore (183-1998, college: Miami, FL) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 12 assists for the winners and Jamal Jones (203-1993, college: Texas A&M, agency: Slash Sports) chipped in 22 points and 8 rebounds. The guests started the game with a very strong first quarter 23-9. But Kazma won second period 30-27. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening.
