Kuwait conquered Arab Club Championship title. They nipped Al Ahly for the trophy. Hamad Adnan sank a free throw late in regulation to propel Kuwait to the win. Al Ahly was ahead by 7 points after three quarters before a 27-19 charge of Kuwait, which allowed them to win the game. U.S. Virgin Islands-American forward Marcus Georges-Hunt (196-1994, college: Georgia Tech, agency: Pensack Sports) saved the victory by scoring 22 points and 9 rebounds. Haitian center Cady Lalanne (208-1992, college: UMass, agency: BeoBasket) contributed with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Nigerian-American forward Michael Fakuade (201-1989, college: UIS) replied with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds and guard Amr Abdelhalim (192-1991) added 18 points and 4 steals in the effort for Al Ahly. Four Al Ahly players scored in double figures. Al Ahly's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.

Beirut Club outgunned Kazma to clinch the third position in the ladder. Beirut Club looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best player for the winners was American guard Omar Jamaleddine (193, college: SLC) who had a double-double by scoring 33 points (!!!), 14 rebounds and 4 assists. American-Georgian guard Michael Dixon (186-1990, college: Memphis) chipped in 24 points and 6 assists. Four Beirut Club players scored in double figures. American power forward Latavious Williams (203-1989, agency: BeoBasket) produced a double-double by scoring 34 points (!!!) and 15 rebounds (on 16-of-20 shooting from the field) and his fellow American import guard Kevin Murphy (197-1990, college: Tenn Tech) added 24 points and 7 rebounds respectively for the hosts.
