Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of Sagesse (3-1) in Beirut on Sunday night. Hosts were edged by Dynamo (5-0) 81-78. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Sagesse. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Dynamo made 10 blocks. The former international power forward Mohamad Haidar (203-90, college: Michigan Tech) stepped up and scored 17 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners and guard Jimmy Salem (190-95) chipped in 23 points and 4 blocks. Christophe Khalil responded with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 12 rebounds. Undefeated Dynamo have an impressive series of five victories in a row. Newly promoted Dynamo maintains first place with 5-0 record. Sagesse at the other side keeps the second position with one game lost. They share it with Beirut Club and Champville.
Bottom-ranked Anibal (0-5) is still winless. But it was rather predictable considering how strong their opponent was. This time they lost on the road their fifth consecutive match to sixth ranked Beirut Club (3-1) 113-44. The former international forward Gerard Hadidian (201-95, college: Lake Land) nailed 28 points and 8 rebounds (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line) for the winning side and Sergio El Darwich accounted for 18 points and 11 rebounds. Andre Tannoury (195-1) came up with 11 points and 8 rebounds for Anibal in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Beirut Club moved-up to second place, which they share with Sagesse and Champville. Anibal lost their fifth game in a row. They still close the standings with five games lost.
Bottom-ranked Homentmen (0-4) is still winless. This time they lost on the road their fourth consecutive match to seventh ranked Hoops (3-2) 80-67 on Friday evening. The best player for the winners was Georges Choueiry who scored 19 points and 5 rebounds. Elios Saad produced 14 points and 8 rebounds for the guests. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Hoops moved-up to fifth place. Homentmen lost their fourth game in a row. They still close the standings with four games lost.

In the last two games of round 5 Byblos was destroyed by Champville on the opponent's court 90-52. Atlas unfortunately lost to Antranik in a home game 74-84.
The most impressive stats of the last round was 19 points by Karim Jadayel of Homentmen.

Forward William Sawan (201-98) produced 12 points and forward Toufic Sakr (182-99) added 12 points respectively for the guests. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
