Bambitious Nara (B2 League) added experienced 35-year-old point guard Tatsuya Suzuki (169cm-1991) to their roster for the 2026-27 season. It is his comeback to Nara as he has played there before. Suzuki has played for the last four seasons at Osaka Evessa in the B1 League. In 60 games last season, he recorded 4.5ppg, 1.0rpg, and 2.9apg. The B2 League will be a better match for him, and he can expect more playing time.
He has spent his entire career in Japan playing for two other teams: NeoPhoenix and Hannaryz.
Between 2017 and 2018, Suzuki's team was the regular season runner-up in the Japanese B League Central Division. Suzuki was voted to the Japanese B League All-Star Game during the 2017 season.
