Jackson is back at Aomori Watts

Aomori Watts (B2 League) signed 31-year old American swingman Lakeem Jackson (195cm-111kg-90, college: S.Carolina). It is actually his comeback to Aomori as he has played here before. Jackson will still stay in Japan where he played last season at Bambitious Nara in the B2 League. In 55 games he had 14.2ppg, 6.9rpg, 3.1apg and 1.1spg.
The previous (19-20) season he played at Aomori Watts. In 30 B2 League games he recorded very impressive stats: 18.0ppg, 10.2rpg, 6.4apg (top 5) and 1.7spg (in top 5).
He is quite experienced player. Jackson has played in four different countries on three different continents (Europe, Asia and of course North America). He has played previously professionally also in Germany (ETB Miners and Rhein Stars), Slovakia (Iskra Svit) and South Korea (KT Sonicboom).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others his team made it to the Slovakian Cup Final Four in 2015. Jackson was voted to Eurobasket.com All-German 2.Bundesliga Pro A Honorable Mention back in 2016.
He attended University of South Carolina until 2013 and it will be his ninth season as a professional player.
