Ryukyu Golden Kings Okinawa inks Allen Durham

Ryukyu Golden Kings Okinawa (B1 League) signed 32-year old American power forward Allen Durham (198cm-108kg-88, college: Grace Christian) for upcoming 2021-22 season. Durham played last summer at Jackson TN UnderDawgs (The Basketball Tournament) in the U.S. He managed to play in three leagues in three countries last year. He ended the previous (2019-20) season at KT Sonicboom in South Korean KBL where in 8 games he had 11.3ppg, 8.6rpg, 3.1apg and 1.0spg. But the most of that year he spent at Meralco Bolts in Filipino PBA. In 22 games he recorded very impressive stats: 29.3ppg, 16.2rpg and 6.8apg.
Durham is quite experienced player. He has played in eight different countries on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America). He has played previously professionally in Finland (Vilpas), France (Nantes), Israel (Hapoel Afula), Romania (CS Dinamo Stiinta Bucuresti), Uruguay (Malvin), Philippines (Barako Bull and Air21 Express), NBA G League (Texas L.) and Japan (Shiga L-Stars).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others his team was regular season runner-up in PBA Governor's Cup in 2019. Durham was voted Asia-Basket.com All-PBA Governor's Cup Player of the Year and Asia-Basket.com All-PBA Governor's Cup Import Player of the Year in 2016, 2017 and 2019.
He is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league on the market.
