Jordan Taylor (ex ASVEL) joins Levanga Hokkaido Sapporo

Levanga Hokkaido Sapporo (B1 League) added to their roster 30-year old American point guard Jordan Taylor (187-88kg-89, college: Wisconsin, agency: Pensack Sports). He played last season at ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket in French Jeep ELITE ProA. In 26 Euroleague games he had 8.0ppg, 1.5rpg and 3.8apg.
Taylor has tried to make it to the NBA and played in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2014.
He is quite experienced player. Taylor has played also professionally in Germany (ALBA Berlin), Israel (Hapoel Holon), Italy (Virtus Roma), Turkey (Galatasaray) and The Basketball Tournament (Kohl Blooded). His team was regular season runner-up in French ProA.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Taylor was voted Eurobasket.com All-French ProA Honorable Mention in 2019.
He attended University of Wisconsin until 2012 and it will be his ninth season as a professional player.
On Taylor: Has great playmaking skills and adequate scoring ability. Taylor may become one of the leading point guards in Europe, if will be able to overcome those little injuries that slowed down his senior year at Wisconsin. Positive person with a can-do attitude.
