Thailand complete the Semifinal picture in Division B of the Asia Cup 2023. They overcame Malaysia 67:58 to secure the last spot there. Malaysia started better and posted two narrow wins in the first half. Thailand replied with an 18-16 rally in the third quarter and erupted with a final 22-10 surge in the last stanza.
Rattiyakorn Udomsuk (174-G/F-1999) top-scored for the winners with 21 points, whilst Amphawa Thuamon (173-F-1997) added 14. Phey Chyi Low (170-G-1994) answered with 14 points in defeat and Hui Pin Pang (176-F-1990) poured in 12.
