Lebanon - Korea 54:76

Korea celebrated the first win in Sydney at the 2023 FIBA Asia Cup. They overcame Lebanon 76-54 to improve to a 1-1 record, whilst Lebanon dropped at 0-2. Korea started string and ensured a 25-11 lead at the start. Moreover, they posted a 23-13 run in the second period as Lee Sohee (171-F-2000) nailed three for a 48-24 halftime advantage. Both teams exchanged the wins in the second half as Amar Mansour (178-PG-2004) scored the last points in the game.
Park Jihyun (180-F-2000) top-scored for the winners with 18 points and Lee Sohee poured in 12. Lee-Seul Kang (180-F-1994) and Ji-Su Park (195-C-1998) produced 9 points each in the winning effort. Trinity Baptiste (183-F-1998, college: Arizona) answered with 20 points in the losing effort.
