Palestine improved to a 3-0 record at the Asia Cup 2025 Pre-Qualifiers. They overcame Oman 80-46 in Doha.
Palestine took a 19-11 run at the start and increased the lead due to a 24-6 surge in the second frame. Moreover, they posted a 23-8 rally in the third quarter, whilst Oman closed the game with a final 21-14 run.
Shane Osayande (200-F-1993, college: Saskatchewan) top-scored for the winners with 21 points and Jamal Mayali (192-G-1998) netted 16. Mahmood Al-Souli (203-C-1993) and Abdul Battashi replied with 7 points each in a loss.
