Team USA JC are proud to announce their return to the 2020 William Jones Cup. Team USA fueled by Overtake have not participated in the FIBA Cup since 2016. The club placed Bronze in 2016 and look for redemption after a late game loss to Japan.

The first headline signing has to be the return of Kristina King (180-G/F-92, college: Richmond). King was named 2016 FIBA Jones Cup Top player after leading the event in scoring (20.2ppg) and rebounding (9.8rpg). She is currently playing in Germany for MSP Rheinstars Bergische Loewen. In 15 games she averaged Score-1 (26.4ppg), 6.9rpg, 4.2apg, 1.6spg, FGP: 41.5%, 3PT: 27.7%, FT: 89.0%. King would later be named EuroBasket.com All-Germany Player of the Year.

"It's our goal to return the American clubs to Asia", said Overtake CEO Sam Huang. We are working very hard to bring a goal medal. Adding Kristina will be the first step to this goal.

Team USA- Overtake have also received three medals in the Jones Cup for the men (2012, 2013, 2014); but has never finished first. The Philippians don't look to be getting any weaker adding more NBA players to their roster. Al Thornton (203-F-83, college: FSU) was named 2016 MVP of the tournament and will return for 2017. This summer former NBA draft pick Renaldo Balkman (203-F-84, college: S.Carolina, agency: Aspire Sports) was named MVP. If the Americans have any chance at the gold they will need more fire power for the invite back.

Japan National Team was crowned the 2019 FIBA William Jones Cup Champions. Aya Watanabe (169-G/F-92) was named MVP.
