New Zealand - South Korea 73-61
New Zealand rallied past South Korea for the second straight win in Taipei. Micaela Cocks (174-G-86, college: Oregon) posted 20 points, while Penina Davidson (190-F-95, college: California) and Stella Beck (183-G-95, college: St.Mary's, CA) added 13 points each for the winners. Min-Jeong Kim (180-C-94) replied with 23 points for South Korea.

Japan - Philippines 85-82
Japan outscored Philippines to improve at 2-0 record at the tournament. Aya Watanabe (169-G/F-92) came up with 22 points to pace the winning side. Asako Oh (189-C-87) added 14 points and 8 rebounds for Japan. Janine Pontejos (165-G-92) replied with 18 points for Philippines.

Taiwan - Taiwan B 85-59
Taiwan edged Taiwan B to gain the first victory at the tournament. Chen Wei-An (177-C-95) came up with 19 points and 8 assists for the winners. Lin Tieh (182-C-99) was responsible for 12 points and 13 rebounds in the victory. Taiwan B responded with 13 points and 11 rebounds from Wang Wei-Lin (180-F-93).
