Jordan - Canada 79-83
Canada opened win count in Taiwan. They outlasted Jordan to snap six-game losing skid. Grant Shephard (208-F-99) came up with 22 points for the North American side. Patrick Simon (203-F-95) contributed 21 points and 10 rebounds for Canada. Fadi Ibrahim (196-G-96, college: Oakton CC) and Yousef Abuwazaneh (201-C-93) replied with 17 points each for Jordan.

Iran - Japan 51-74
Japan rolled past Iran to gain 5-2 record at the tournament. Avi Schafer (203-C-98, college: Georgia Tech) stepped up with 13 points for Japan. Seiya Ando (184-G-92) and Hugh Watanabe (207-C-98) contributed 12 points each for the winning side. Mohammadsina Vahedi (185-PG-01) replied with 12 points for Iran.

Philippines - Taiwan 97-74
Renaldo Balkman (203-F-84, college: S.Carolina, agency: Aspire Sports) scored 21 points to lead Philippines past Taiwan to remain undefeated. Eugene Phelps (198-F-90, college: LBSU) added 17 points and 9 rebounds as Philippines posted the 7th straight victory. Ying-Chun Chen (183-PG-93) answered with 19 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists for Taiwan.

Taiwan B - Indonesia 97-76
Taiwan B rallied past Indonesia to gain the second win at the tournament. Ting-Chien Lin (190-SG-99) scored 20 points to lead the charge. Keui-Yu Chou accounted for 13 points for the winners. Kaleb Gemilang (183-SF-91) answered with 18 points for Indonesia.
