New Zealand - Taiwan B 88-66
New Zealand grabbed the fourth consecutive win at the tournament. They rallied past Taiwan B to stay undefeated. Penina Davidson (190-F-95, college: California) provided 18 points and 15 rebounds to lead the Tall Ferns. Taiwan B accumulated a 22:19 lead after ten minutes. But New Zealand went on a 49:24 second half run to snatch the win. Stella Beck (183-G-95, college: St.Mary's, CA) had 17 points and 7 assists for the Kiwis. Yu-Chun Wei (173-F-92) replied with 28 points for Taiwan B.

Japan - South Korea 78-67
Japan defeated South Korea to stay unbeaten in Taipei. Saki Hayashi (171-G-95) and Kadysha Umezawa (183-F/C-98) recorded 17 points each for the winners. Japan dominated in the first half. They built a 45:29 halftime lead. South Korea narrowed the distance in the second half but could not avert the loss. Mio Shinozaki (167-PG-91) netted 10 points for Japan. Lim Yong-Hui (178-F-80) replied with 17 points for South Korea.

India - Taiwan 54-102
Taiwan crushed India to gain the second win at the tournament. Huang Ying-Li (170-G-89) came off the bench to score 15 points for the winners. Taiwan accumulated a 49:21 halftime advantage. They dropped 31 points in the third term to boost the lead at 34-point mark. Taiwan held India to just 8 points in the fourth period and rallied to the win. Yu-Chun Chen had 13 points for the winners. Jeena Palanilkumkalayil (178-F-94) answered with 17 points for India.
