South Korea - Uzbekistan 106:57

South Korea posted the fourth straight win at the Asian Championship. They coasted past Uzbekistan to improve at 3-0 record in Group E. Moon Tae-Jong (199-F-75, agency: Alti Sport, college: Richmond) delivered 21 points to lead the charge. Uzbekistan fell at 0-3 record after the loss.
Korea marked their ambitions early. They poured in 30 points in the starting period to take a 19-point lead. The margin just kept on growing in the second term. South Korea secured a comfortable 52:24 halftime advantage. They kept Uzbekistan at bay throughout the third term. South Korea established a 74:37 advantage with one quarter remaining. Uzbekistan dropped 20 points in the fourth term but it did not help as South Korea easily matched the effort scoring 32 and celebrating victory. Cho Sung-Min (189-F-83) provided 20 points, while Yang Hee-Jong (194-F-84) added 16 points for the winners. Evgeniy Shatrov (192-G-86) answered with 11 points for Uzbekistan. Gennadiy Zinovyev (198-F-84) and Aleksandr Yahin (205-C-89) finished with 10 points each in the loss.
