Al Jalaa defeat Al Jaish in Game 1

Hosts Al Jaish lost to Al Jalaa 60-69 in first game of the quarterfinals. The hosts took an early lead but Al Jalaa bounce back and controlled the game till the final buzzer. Rami Merjaneh (183-PG-1983) was the best player for the winners with 20 points, 3 rebounds and 2 assists. Daniel Ochefu (211-F-1993, college: Villanova) stepped up and registered a double-double of 15 points and 12 rebounds for the hosts. He also added 3 assists and 1 block.
