Panteras de Miranda (SPB) inked 30-year old American 203cm power forward Steven Davis (college: Wright State) for upcoming season. Davis played recently at Al Wahda in Syrian SBL league. He managed to play in three leagues in two countries last year (!!!). In two SBL games he recorded 10.0ppg, 3.5rpg and 1.5apg. Davis also played for Sigal Prishtina in Kosovan Superliga where in 12 SBL games he averaged 11.8ppg, 3.8rpg and 1.7apg. He also played 3 games in Balkan League where he had 11.3ppg, 4.3rpg and 2.7apg.
Davis is a very experienced player. He has played also professionally in Hungary (Kormend), Italy (Fortitudo Flat Service Bologna, Trapani and Biella), Slovakia (Levice) and Sweden (BC Lulea).
Among many awards his team was regular season runner-up in Swedish Basketligan in 2020. Davis was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Alpe Adria Cup Honorable Mention back in 2019.
He graduated from Wright State in 2017 and it is his seventh season in pro basketball.
