![]() Donte McGill, 29-year old American guard from the Al Nasr Riyadh, was voted the Player of the Year at the Saudi Basketball League.
He graduated from the Florida International eight years ago.
McGill received multiple other awards, was selected as the Guard of the Year, Import Player of the Year, and was chosen to the First Team and Imports Team.
He was previously honored as the Guard of the Year, Import Player of the Year and named to the First Team last year.
McGill averaged almost 8 rebounds per game in the league.
He was the Player of the Week honoree in the league.
McGill led the SBL in points per game with almost 33.
He has totalled 15 games of 20 or more points on the year and recorded 30 or more points in 10 games.
McGill registered double-doubles in 3 games during the event.
His 49 points against the Al Salam were the most he scored in the 24 25 season.
9 out of the top 10 highest scorers in the league are alumni of US colleges.
Among many awards he won the Syrian League championship title in 2024.

McCree conducted his way to the fourth position in averaging a commendable 26 points per game.
He also had over 8 rebounds per game that season in the league.
McCree has totalled 10 games of 20 or more points on the year and recorded 30 or more points in 6 games.
He logged double-doubles in 5 games at the event.
McCree's 45 points against the Ohod were the most he scored in the 24 25 season.

Mamadou Samb, 35-year old Senegalese power forward from the Al Salam, picked up the Center of the Year at the Saudi Basketball League.
He received multiple other awards, was voted to the First Team and Imports Team.
Samb was previously selected to the Third Team last year.
With finesse and precision, Samb claimed the fifth position in points per game, delivering a stellar almost 26 points per game average.
He was voted Player of the Week in the league.
Samb led the SBL in rebounds per game with over 14.
He has totalled 13 games of 20 or more points on the year and registered 30 or more points in 3 games.
Samb notched double-doubles in 14 games at the event.
His 45 points against the Ohod were the most he scored in the 24 25 season.

He played in the final of the UAE League in 2020.
Jonathan Gibson, 37-year old American point guard from the Al-Ula, was chosen to the First Team of Saudi Basketball League.
He is ex NM State from 2010.
Gibson was also named to the Imports Team.
With Gibson's excellent performance, the Al-Ula achieved the best record of the season in the league, finishing with an impressive 15 to 2 in the regular season.
His court vision propelled him to the second spot in points per game an outstanding average of almost 29.
Gibson also recorded over 4 rebounds per game over the season in the league.
He has totalled 7 games of 20 or more points on the year and registered 30 or more points in 4 games.
Gibson's 53 points against the Ohod were the most he scored in the 24 25 season.

Among many awards he played in the final of the Lebanese League in 2024.
He was selected to the Asiabasket.com All-West Asia Super League Final 8 First Team in 2024.
Gibson was also selected to the Asia-Basket All-Lebanese Second Team in 2024.
He was selected as the Asia-Basket All-Chinese CBA Honorable Mention between 2018 and 2021.
Devin Ebanks, 35-year old American forward from the Al Ahli Jeddah, earned a spot in the First Team at the Saudi Basketball League.
He is alumni of the West Virginia from 2010.
Ebanks was also voted to the Imports Team.
With Ebanks' excellent performance, the Al Ahli Jeddah achieved the best record of the season in the league, finishing with an impressive 14 to 3 in the regular season.
He was previously named the Player of the Year, Forward of the Year, Import Player of the Year and selected to the First Team back in 2023.
Ebanks averaged over 22 points and almost 10 rebounds per game in the league.
He has totalled 10 games of 20 or more points and had double-doubles in 6 games on the year.
Ebanks' 29 points against the Ohod were the most he scored in the 24 25 season.
Among many awards he won the Bahrain League championship title in 2022 and 2024.
He was also selected as the Asia-Basket All-Saudi Arabian SBL Player of the Year in 2023.
Ebanks was selected as the Asia-Basket All-Saudi Arabian SBL Import Player of the Year in 2023.
