American Forward Devin Ebanks (206-F-1989) had a very impressive game in the last round for Al Ahli Jeddah, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 15.
The 35-year old player had a double-double of 29 points and 16 rebounds, while his team outclassed Ohod (#8, 3-12) with 73-point margin 127-54. Al Ahli maintains the 3rd position in Saudi Arabian SBL. They are still close to the very top. Al Ahli would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 13-2 record. In the team's last game Ebanks had a remarkable 85.7% from 2-point range and got five three-pointers out of 9 attempts. He turned to be Al Ahli's top player in his first season with the team. Former West Virginia University star has very solid stats this year. Ebanks is in league's top in points (9th best: 21.7ppg), rebounds (9th best: 9.8rpg) and averages impressive 58.4% FGP and 42.3% from behind 3-point line.

The second best player in last round's games was another Al Ahli's star - American Darius Hall (188-G). Hall had a very good evening with 35 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists. Of course together with Ebanks he helped Al Ahli Jeddah with another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked Ohod (#8, 3-12) 127-54. Al Ahli's 3rd position in the standings has not changed. His team lost just two games this season, while they won 13 matches. Hall is a newcomer at Al Ahli, but is already one of team's top players.

Third on the list of top players last round was Senegalese Mamadou Samb (210-C/F-1989) of Al Salam (#6). Samb got into 30-points club by scoring 36 points in the last round. He went also for eleven rebounds . He was a key player of Al Salam, leading his team to a 86-78 win against the lower-ranked Al Khewaildia (#10, 1-14). The chances of Al Salam ranking at the top of the league, however are very questionable as they have already lost 9 games, recording just six victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Samb could help Al Salam to bring them higher in the standings. Samb has a great season in Saudi Arabia. After 15 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 25.7ppg (5th best) and rebounds with 14.5rpg (#1 in league). He also has 1.9bpg and a FGP of 59.6%.
