Al Ahly Jeddah (SBL) inked 29-year old American guard the super star Terrell Stoglin (185-84kg-91, college: Maryland). Stoglin already started the season at AS Sale in Moroccan D1 league.
Stoglin has tried to make it to the NBA and played in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2012.
Stoglin is a very experienced player. He has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to twelve different countries on five different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa and of course North America). Stoglin has played previously professionally in Bahrain (Manama), China (Hunan), France (Cholet Basket), Greece (Ilysiakos), Italy, Lebanon (Beirut Club and Sagesse), Poland (Zastal Enea BC), Qatar (Al Rayyan), Turkey (Adanaspor), Ukraine (Mariupol), Venezuela (Trotamundos) and Egypt (Al Zamalek).
He won Dubai International Tournament championship title in 2016.
He attended University of Maryland until 2012 and it is his ninth season in pro basketball.
Stoglin's game is described as: A lefty scorer who played the point-guard spot but who seems more adequate for the 2 spot at European level. Has an immense offensive talent, can score in various ways but loves to start any game with the ball in his hands and is too much selfish to play stably at the point.
