The Saudi Basketball League is the first-tier professional basketball league in Saudi Arabia. SBL was established in 1976.
The SBL sits above the Division I which effectively forms the second-tier of Saudi Arabian basketball.
At the end of regular season, top 6 teams qualify to the play-offs.
The bottom 2 teams are relegated to Division I.
