Kevin Mickle is second best scorer of the day in the world with the 40 points he had in Saudi Arabia

This was an impressive game for Guyanese Kevin Mickle (201-F-1993, college: Ohio) as the 31 year old forward had 40 points when his team Deba beat the Al Taawoun 89 to 79. He was the second highest scoring player of that day in the world. Mickle also added 14 rebounds that evening. He is the 3rd best scorer in the league averaging over 29 points and over 13 rebounds per game.
Mickle has played in eight different countries on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America).
Among many awards his college team won A-Sun Tournament in 2016 and 2017. He was selected All-Southern Conference First Team back in 2015. Mickle was also selected as the Eurobasket.com All-German 2.Bundesliga Pro B Honorable Mention back in 2019.
