Brian Halums (ex Al Nasr) signs at Al Wehda

Al Wehda Mecca (SBL) landed 25-year old American 196cm guard Brian Halums (college: UAFS) for upcoming season. Halums played most recently at Al Nasr in Libyan D1 league. He helped them to end the regular season as a second best team in the league. It was a very successful season in his career as he was voted to Afrobasket.com All-Libyan League Honorable Mention. Halums also played for Al-Hala (Premier League) in Bahrain league. He contributed to his team making it to the semifinals.
Halums has played previously for three other Saudi Arabia teams: Al Ahly, Ohod and Al Fateh.
He won Saudi Arabian League championship title in 2020.
Halums graduated from University of Arkansas Fort Smith in 2020 and it will be his third season in pro basketball.
