Al Nasr Riyadh (SBL) agreed terms with 29-year old American forward C.J. Leslie (206-95kg-91, college: NC State). He played last season at Al Hilal. He helped them to make it to the semifinals.
The previous (2019) summer Leslie played at Bivouac in U.S. semi-pro league Big3.
He has tried to make it to the NBA and played in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2015.
He is quite experienced player. Leslie's career allowed him to visit four different continents, while he played in eleven different countries. Leslie tasted the life as pro basketball player in Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America. He has played previously professionally in Cyprus, Israel (Hapoel Eilat), Lebanon (Byblos), Philippines, Puerto Rico (Mets), Turkey (Antalyaspor), NBA (New York Knicks), South Korea (Anyang KGC), Dominican Republic (JH Rodriguez), NBA G League (Texas Legends and Raptors 905 Missisauga) and UBA (Georgia P.).
Leslie won D-League championship title in 2017.
Leslie attended North Carolina State University until 2013 and it will be his eighth season as a professional player.
