Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

Round 6 most important game was a defeat of league's leader Al Sadd (3-1). They were edged by seventh ranked Al Arabi (3-2) 85-84 on Saturday night. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Al Sadd. Al Arabi looked well-organized offensively handing out 48 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Al Arabi made 7 blocks. American-Nigerian guard Kelechi Ajukwa (201-1995, college: Charlotte) had a triple-double by scoring 34 points (!!!), 11 rebounds, 11 assists and 5 steals to lead the charge for the winners and Ousmane Dieng chipped in 16 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists and 6 steals during the contest. The best for the losing side was American-German forward Waverly Austin (211-1991, college: Oregon, agency: Diamond Sports) with a triple-double by scoring 21 points, 15 rebounds and 15 assists. Al Arabi have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Qatar Club and Al Wakrah. Defending champion Al Sadd dropped to the third position with one game lost. They were replaced at the leadership position by Al Shamal. Al Sadd will play next round against league's leader Al Shamal trying to make it back to the top of the standings. It will be a derby game for which supporters look forward to, where their team will face at home their local rival from Doha - Al Shamal. Al Arabi will try to continue on its current victory against second ranked Al Rayyan. It will be extra interesting game as Al Rayyan is their local rival from Doha.
Very significant was Al Shamal's (#2) 17-point road victory against one of their biggest challengers Qatar Club 76-59. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Egyptian power forward Moustafa Elmekawi (204-1994) notched a triple-double by scoring 21 points, 16 rebounds, 16 assists and 4 steals to lead the effort and Shane Osayande supported him with 13 points, 13 rebounds and 13 assists. Even a triple-double of 16 points, 11 rebounds, 11 assists and 6 steals by American guard Brian Halums (196-1997, college: UAFS) did not help to save the game for Qatar Club. Al Shamal (4-1) keeps a position of league leader. Qatar Club at the other side dropped to the fourth place with two games lost. They share the position with Al Arabi and Al Wakrah. Al Shamal's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Doha to the arena Al Sadd.

In the last game of round 6 Al Rayyan destroyed Al Khor on the opponent's court 80-57.
The most impressive stats of the last round was 21 points and 7 rebounds by Mouhammad Faye of Al Rayyan.

Very expected game when bottom-ranked Al Khor (0-5) was crushed at home by fifth ranked Al Rayyan (4-2) 80-57 on Tuesday. Al Rayyan forced 25 Al Khor turnovers. The best player for the winners was Senegalese power forward Mouhammad Faye (207-1985, college: SMU) who scored 21 points and 7 rebounds. The former international point guard Mohamed Abdelkawy (179-1995) chipped in 20 points. At the other side the best for losing team was American power forward Tony Criswell (205-1991, college: Missouri) who recorded 21 points and 6 rebounds and his fellow American import point guard Ameer Jackson (193-1994, college: WSSU) added 15 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists respectively.
