Very expected game when bottom-ranked Al Khor (0-5) was crushed at home by fifth ranked Al Rayyan (4-2) 80-57 on Tuesday. Al Rayyan forced 25 Al Khor turnovers. The best player for the winners was Senegalese power forward Mouhammad Faye (207-1985, college: SMU) who scored 21 points and 7 rebounds. The former international point guard Mohamed Abdelkawy (179-1995) chipped in 20 points. At the other side the best for losing team was American power forward Tony Criswell (205-1991, college: Missouri) who recorded 21 points and 6 rebounds and his fellow American import point guard Ameer Jackson (193-1994, college: WSSU) added 15 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists respectively.
