Amman United lands Samuel Daniel, ex Al Karameh

Samuel Daniel

Amman United (Premier League) signed 30-year-old American 203cm power forward Samuel Daniel (college: Florida Tech). He most recently played for Al Karameh in the Syrian SBL league. Prior to that, he played for Tadamon Hrajel in the Lebanese DLBL, where he averaged an impressive 22.1ppg, 7.0rpg, and 2.8apg in 13 SBL games this season.
Three years ago, he was drafted by the College Park Skyhawks in the second round (10th overall) five years after his graduation.
Daniel graduated from Florida Institute of Technology in 2018 and is currently in his eighth season playing professional basketball.
He is a very experienced player, and thanks to pro basketball, he has experienced life in fifteen different countries playing on five different continents. Daniel has played professionally in Argentina (Comunicaciones), Austria (UBSC Graz), Brazil (Minas), Canada (Five), Colombia (Bucaros), Lebanon (Mayrouba), Luxembourg (T71 Dudelange), Mexico (Caballeros de Culiacan), Ukraine (Mykolaiv), United Kingdom (Plymouth Patriots), NBA G League (OKC Blue and Wisconsin Herd), Libya (Ahly Benghazi), The Basketball Tournament (Florida TNT, Southern Gentlemen, and GoTime Green Machine), and TBL (Medora T.).
Daniel's team won the TBL Midwest Division Regular Season award in 2024. He was voted to the Mexican CIBACOPA All-Star Game in 2022.
