Homentmen Antelias sign LaDazhia Williams, ex Sf.Gheorghe

LaDazhia Williams

Homentmen Antelias (WLBL) inked 27-year old American 193cm forward LaDazhia Williams (college: LSU). She joins another USA player Angel Baker who is already in the roster.
She played recently at Sf.Gheorghe in Romanian Liga Nationala. In two games she recorded 9.0ppg and 4.5rpg last season. The last season season she played at Panathlitikos SF Sykeon in Greek league.
Three years ago she was drafted by Indiana Fever (WNBA) in second round (17th overall).
The former Louisiana State University standout is in her third season in pro basketball.
She was a member of USA Under 18 National Team back in 2016.
She is a very experienced player. Williams has quite traveled the world as her pro career brought her to five different countries on three different continents (Europe, Latin America and of course North America). She has played professionally also in France (Hainaut), Greece, Israel (Hapoel Petah Tikva) and Mexico (Santas).
Williams' team made it to the Mexican LNBPF Semifinals in 2024. Williams played for other colleges like: University of Missouri, University of South Carolina, High School.
